What is included in the price?
Food Safety, Scheduling and Food Cost, with the mobile app for owners and staff. There is one plan with no tiers and no setup fee. The only line item is the subscription per location.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both. The monthly plan is $149 per location, charged every month by card, and you can cancel anytime. The annual plan is $119 a month, charged once as $1,428 a year, so you save $360 a year per location. You get an invoice for every charge.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Short video guides walk you through setup, and our team answers by email if you have a question. One US food safety log app lists onboarding fees of $999 and $1,249 (published price list, read October 23, 2026). Patrono has none.
What if Patrono is not right for us?
Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After that, the plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
What if we have several locations?
With 1 or 2 locations, each one is $149 a month, or $119 billed annually. For 3 to 5 locations the price is $129 per location per month, or $99 billed annually, with the group overview. For 6 or more locations, email us at info@getpatrono.com.
