Croatia's HACCP ordinance NN 124/2025 does not prescribe forms. These forms follow the ordinance and the 2025 HOK guide, and each one says whether the record is required and on what basis. We email each form as a PDF to print on A4.
Forms
Fridge temperature log
Required for a restaurant at least once a day, for a bar once a day. A weekly form for five units.
Basis: Article 14(3) and 14(2) of Ordinance NN 124/2025
Cleaning plan and cleaning log
The cleaning, washing and disinfection plan is required. A monthly log of the work is good practice.

HACCP starter pack
Four forms on one page: temperatures, goods receiving, and opening and closing checklists.
On the phone instead of paper
Records on the phone, with a name and a time on every entry.
In Patrono staff enter temperatures and checklists on the phone. The system records the time of each entry, and a saved temperature record cannot be changed.
