Staff open the app, see their shift and get a push for every change. The manager sees in one place who confirmed their arrival.
Swaps with history
When someone needs a swap, they send a request to a colleague, the colleague confirms in two clicks, the manager gets a notification. The whole flow stays recorded in the system, nothing relies on memory.
Automatic hour tracking
Hours worked add up on their own, per person and shift type (regular, weekend, night). At month end every employee has an exact total of hours, without manual counting.
Morning overview
Every day at 7 am the shift manager gets an email and push with today's shift, gaps and special shifts. Everything in one place, without opening several screens.

Owner questions
Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
No. The monthly option has no commitment. You cancel any time with full data export in machine-readable format. The annual option is a choice if you want a fixed cost, two months free versus paying monthly, not a forced condition.
