Scheduling module
Shift scheduling on mobile, no WhatsApp group.
The manager builds the week once, staff check their shifts on mobile whenever they need to. Swaps in two clicks with full history. Labor cost auto-calculated from hourly rates.
What the module does
Staff on mobile
A waiter opens the app, sees their shift, gets a push for changes. The manager does not have to dig through a chat to confirm who is in.
Swaps with history
When someone needs a swap, they send a request to a colleague, the colleague confirms in two clicks, the manager gets a notification. The full trail stays in the system, not in someone's memory.
Automatic labor cost
Hourly rate per person multiplied by hours worked, by shift type (regular, weekend, night). At month end, labor cost is ready without a calculator and Excel.
Morning digest
Every day at 7 am the shift manager gets an email and push with today's team, gaps and special shifts. No morning warm-up across three tabs.
Typical scenarios
Single kitchen, single shift
4 to 6 people, two shifts a week, schedule built on Sunday. Patrono cuts that to 10 minutes a week instead of an hour in WhatsApp.
Restaurant with catering
Extra events need a different team. The schedule has a separate event shift type with hourly rates that differ from the regular roster.
Network with 3+ locations
Local managers build their own schedules, the owner sees coverage and cost across every venue in the same overview.
Owner questions
Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
No. The monthly option has no commitment. You cancel any time with full data export in machine-readable format. The annual option is a choice if you want a fixed cost with a discount, not a forced condition.
Does Patrono work for multiple locations or franchises?
Yes, from day one. Multiple venues sit under the same organization, recipes and procedures stay unified across locations, and a central overview shows where one location is drifting. Networks of 4 or more venues get a dedicated quote.
We will show the module on your venue data.
30-minute demo with your data. A concrete quote at the end.
