We don't have formally open positions right now, but we're happy to talk with anyone who understands hospitality and software development. The team is small, the product is growing, opportunities open up along the way.
How we work
Three values behind every decision.
We solve problems we have ourselves
We write Patrono from our own venue. Every feature passes a test in the kitchen or behind the bar before it lands in code. It's not interesting if you don't know operations, just as it isn't if you don't know how to write code.
Small team, direct communication
No ticket systems or automated messages. Everyone on the team talks directly with customers and immediately sees the result of their decisions in the product. No going through five checkpoints to fix a small change.
Croatian regulation is not an afterthought
We work for Croatian restaurants, by Croatian rules. Fiscalization, HACCP, contracts, sanitary cards. If you're comfortable with domain knowledge that isn't generic, this is the place.
