First contact and demo
A 30-minute call where we walk through your venue, existing POS, delivery channels and the points where you currently lose time. You get a concrete onboarding plan and price, with no commitment.

POS integration
We connect Patrono to your existing POS without swapping hardware or interrupting service. Fiscalization stays with your POS, Patrono reads data from it and turns it into the overview.

Menu and data import
We bring menus, items, recipes, staff and HACCP records from Excel, PDF or your current system's export. Our team handles migration, you only confirm where things landed.

Live use and support
From day one in production you have a direct line to the team building the product, not a ticket system. Questions, changes and new modules are resolved on the same day you write to support.
POS systems
Fiscalization stays with your POS.
Patrono does not issue or fiscalize receipts. Under Croatian law that stays with your existing POS. Patrono reads revenue, items and sales channels from it and turns them into the overview.
POS Sector
In preparationDirect integration with the most-used POS in Croatia. We will announce when it goes live. Until then menu import works through CSV.
Comtrade POS
On requestSupported through CSV import and manual item mapping. Direct integration once there is user demand.
MicroSale
On requestSupported through CSV import. For clients already on MicroSale, the onboarding team handles data migration.

Every platform in the same overview as the venue.
Delivery platforms
Orders, revenue and commissions from delivery platforms arrive in the same overview as in-venue channels. You see what you pay per platform, the real margin per item, and when a platform costs more than it brings in.
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping export
Monthly export of revenue, invoices and VAT data in a format your bookkeeper accepts without retyping. Standard Excel and CSV outputs.
